Learning is a process that entails internal and external conditions. According to Conditions of Learning Theory, it combines cognition, affection, and psychomotor domain. Learners manage the received information. The teacher guides, models, and promotes the development of different skills, with the use of different instructions and taking into account that students can learn in different ways. The result of this process is a change is students' attitude.

Stating that learning occurs in different ways and at different moments makes way more sense to me than just assuming that everybody learns the same things in the same way and all at once.

We can actually apply this theory of learning in a great variety of ways in the classroom in complex group projects as well as in short class activities. An example could be while teaching vocabulary (new words). Considering our students’ backgrounds and attitudes, we might bring or present the same activity or get the same objectives, but use different stimuli. Students might be given the opportunity to choose what kind of resources they prefer to work with. For instance, we might offer them: songs, short pieces of reading, memes, a short video, etc. and at the end; they´ll have to extract the words they think relate to the topic being discussed.

What I like most of this theory is that takes in consideration not only the previous knowledge of the learner, which personally is what I internally use the most to comprehend a new concept let's say a topic or skill, but also takes into account that there's multiple types of learning and that's what, for teachers is sometimes more complicated to deal with, because we know that children can develop different skills in different subjects depending on how they are instructed and guided. That is exactly what is proposed in this theory.

The learning process of the individual is similar to the functioning of a computer. But apart from taking into account the cognitive processes, he also affirms the role played by the individual's environment and how it shapes the learning process. A practical example is used to easily explain the nine events of instruction as well.

First, because I believe that gaining attention is the basis to acquire any knowledge. I would to apply the theory in a group activity in the class where we can discuss a previous topic and get the students to recall what they learned in that class. After they feel comfortable sharing experiences then we talk about the objectives of the class and present the stimuli which can be flashing cards, banners, any visual aids. Always watching what they are doing and giving feedback.
