As I observed this scene somewhere in the city, I thought: Life teaches us that Kindness is all around us.

ARTIST STATEMENT

For this illustration, I drew two people: one whose world is full of colours, while the other is black and white. As she talks to him, the colours start spilling into his world, making it just a little more of a happy and hopeful place.

This is my interpretation of the quote by F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Nesta ilustração desenhei duas pessoas, uma cujo mundo está cheio de cores enquanto o do outro é a preto e branco. Pode-se ver que à medida que ela fala com ele as cores começam a passar para o seu mundo monocromático, transformando-o num sítio mais feliz e esperançoso.

Esta é a minha interpretação da frase de F. Scott Fitzgerald.
