In 1890, the "STEEL BALL RUN" (SBR), a super long-distance horse race that traverses the North American continent and has a total length of 6,000 kilometers, is about to start. This is the story of the protagonist Jonny Josda's stepping through adolescence and becoming an adult. Jonny Josda used to be a top rider, but a shooting made him half-bodied. He met the mysterious man Jello Ziberin. The spinning iron ball in Jello's hand made Jonny stand up again, and Jonny wanted to pursue The way to stand up again, followed Jello to participate in SBR.

On the surface, the SBR was organized by the event planner Stephen Steele, but the US government was actually behind the game. U.S. President Walney Valentine planned the contest to collect the remains of incredible saints scattered on the North American continent. Every saint's body-the corpse of Jesus is implied in the story-can give the holder the ability to substitute, and the complete body is more divine. The president's purpose is to obtain a complete body to ensure the glory of the United States.

SBR starts from the San Diego coastline and ends in New York City. A total of 3852 people participated in the competition, and the winner could get 50 million US dollars. The game started at 10 o'clock in the morning on September 25, 1890. Jonny and Jello supported each other during the competition and jointly faced off against competitors on the field. After they found the remains of the saint, they had to face the president sent assassin. They finally confronted President Valentine. The President killed Jello but was killed by Jonny. The book that i love the most is Girl's Last Tour written by Tsukumizu. It's about two girls, Chito and Yuuri, who are the last survivors in the war-torn city.
