This looks like people having fun and getting things done. I think this is interdependant because only if everyone gets their share done then the project will be completed.</div>]]></description>

Everyone would be participating and collaborating. There shouldn't be arguing or shouting. If you are thinking interdependently, you are dependent on each other. If you are thinking the same thing, you aren't relying on each other and just have similar thoughts. </div>]]></description>

You are also sharing the responsibilyt and not doing it all yourself and not letting someone else do it all. You would want to be interdependent because that is when you are working in a group and you are relying on others do to their part to help. </div>]]></description>

If one person does all the work, it isn't a team, it's an individual. Everybody should be producing quality work and trying their best in order to receive the best results. <br>When everybody thinks the same, they aren't bringing anything new to the table, but thinking interdependently means you have can have fresh and creative ideas as long as you're open to other ones. As long as you provide yourself, you can count on others to provide as well. </div>]]></description>

It looks like staying on task and following the directs.          <description><![CDATA[<div>being part of a team means that you have to work together, in sync, but also that everybody has a different task, because a team is meant to get things done faster. prior to working in a team, you have to communicate with your teammates to figure out the roles of each member.&nbsp;<br><br>everybody should be thinking interdependently, having their own ideas, unlike being of the same mind, but also communicating their ideas to the group. each part of the team does one part and relies on the others to get their part done, so that everything gets finished quickly.</div>]]></description>
