After we made the fire we made smores (which were my favourite part of the day), they were delicious!! After building the fire we did a landmine game where you have to navigate your way through a minefield blindfolded, it was tricky but a lot of fun. After this we did an obstacle course and played archery.

Waterford to cycle the Greenway. When we arrived we were given our bikes and we started cycling with our pods. The scenery on the cycle was stunning and I really enjoyed getting out in the fresh air. We travelled from Kilmacthomas to Dungarvan (24km!!) in about 2 hours. When we got to Dungarvan  we sat down on some benches and ate our lunch, then we went to the shop nearby and got a huge ice cream! This was by far one of my favourite trip that we have done so far!

We arrived at the cliff at about 10am and we started walking shortly after. I really enjoyed doing this as I loved getting out in the fresh air and getting to bond with my friends and classmates. I also really enjoyed the scenery and landscape in the area so I made sure to take lots of photos!!

We left school at 8:45am and we arrived about 1 hour later. When we first started ziplining I was a small bit nervous but I quickly got the hang of it and did all 4 of the levels! I really enjoyed this trip as it was very different to the other activities that we had already done.

We were split into our groups for the day and we went to our activities. We did team building exercises which taught us about the animals in the wildlife park and then we took a tour of the park. My favorite part of the day was when we went into the Giraffe house and we got to pet the giraffes. I was nervous to get my results as I had worked so hard the three previous but I was extremely happy with my results. All of our year group were brought up to the tennis court and they called us one by one to receive our results. Afterwards there was bouncy castles and an ice cream truck. After school my friend group also went to town afterwards. It was an amazing day which I’ll never forget!

We worked hard on all of the number throughout September and October. We were dancing to Disturbia, Thriller and The Land of a Thousand Dances. As part of the dance I was asked to sing Disturbia, I really enjoyed this as it felt like I was in my very own music video!!

Although it was a rocky start as it was over a google meet that we had to start running and learning our dialogue with the rest of the cast, but when we finlly got back into the school building, things really started to go full steam ahead. We recrded for 5 weeks, 3 days every week. This was by far my absolute favourite part of Ty as I have a passion for music and msuicl theatre. When I first found out that we would be attending our classes online for the months of January to March I thought we wouldn't get the chance to actually record or perform the play but thankfully we got to still do it. I chose to do Mark Ronson as I think he is an amazing artist and producer who I really admire and would consider a role model. He is well known for his collabs with Amy Winehouse, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus and Bruno Mars. Before presenting my project to the class I was a bit nervous, but soon after presenting I felt more confident in my ability to speak in front of my other classmates.
