Over the past dozen years, Rudy Sablon has worked to educate, motivate, and empower thousands of youth who are under-resourced and facing issues such as homelessness, reoffending or failing their current grades. Mr. Sablon coordinates directly with state agencies such as the Florida Department of Children & Families in coordinating programs that help young participants develop essential life skills. Emphasizing best practices, he undertakes the training and evaluation of qualified personnel, and manages operations to ensure successful implementation. He has overseen ME programmatic expansion beyond the South Florida region and has the agency situated for national expansion. Mr. Sablon also has several years of experience leading the educational consultation company Race 2 The Top. Fulfilling federally regulated contracts, he engaged with “distressed” school districts in cities such as Chicago and Philadelphia. He performed program analysis and evaluation and found practical ways of boosting school and districts’ performances.
