Experience working with large scale content, budgets and ability to work efficiently and effectively with them.

Research and identify influencers across different across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube within the UK market.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent management teams.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and expectations with influencers to ensure successful partnerships that are in-keeping with brand guidelines.

Create engaging content briefs for influencer campaigns and new product launches.

Apply trends creatively to enhance campaign success and keep on top of new industry developments.

Track and analyse performance of influencer activity, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation on a weekly/monthly basis.

Manage external influencer management tools.

Attend and support with influencer brand activations and events.

Work alongside the Affiliates and Paid Media teams to optimise content and support wider marketing channel activity.

Support with Influencer and VIP attendance on brand activations/trips.

Support gifting and student ambassador programmes where necessary alongside the Influencer assistant.

Assist in wider team PR mailers to support upcoming campaigns.

Support the Junior team members with their personal development.

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand's overall marketing and business objectives.

Drive innovation and create engaging campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Oversee the day-to-day management of ASOS social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), ensuring content is consistent, compelling, and on-brand.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and innovative content that resonates with our GenZ audience.

Foster an active and engaged social media community by interacting with customers, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages, and maintain a positive brand image.

Support the process between social and Customer Care to ensure that all social mentions of ASOS are reviewed and responded to as appropriate.

Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, improve content performance, and identify trends to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.

Stay Updated with Trends: Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure ASOS remains at the forefront of social media innovation

Work with key sponsors in the Marketing function to ensure content is aligned to commercial and cultural calendars to ensure ASOS has a perceived focus supporting the business at any one time.

Work with the PR and Talent team to ensure global influencer/ creator and affiliate communications/ processes and cadence aligns to overall social strategy and tone of voice

Retain focus on ‘social-first’ culture: creative reviews, knowledge sharing, trial new tools and techniques, review of performance (Inc. competitors).
