Mozambique
Hold meetings with partners to align approaches and measurements of gender.
Mozambique is counting women participation in activities, but considering to use an indicator that goes beyond that. 

e.g. Indicator in Mozambique Country Strategy (possibly to be included in LtC2)- Percentage of targeted community natural resource management structures in WWF priority landscapes and seascapes with women and youth having public decision score 2.5 out of 3.0
