Where does the information come from?

-Notification of award comes from the grant provider. (RSO)

Local grants send to RSO and academic on notification of award.

-Signing of agreement with grant provider. e.g: MoE, MOSTI provides agreement, RSO and lecturer to fill up relevant information and signed by lead researchers and Vice Provost/Provost.

MoU/MoA/NDA:

-RSO provides templates

-Lead researcher work with collaborator to develop a contract

-go through by faculty research committee and deans

-once approved comes to RSO

-MoU & NDA approved at faculty level

-MoA go through RSC Committee once approved by faculty

Research Assistant:

-PGR fill in forms and sign a contract letter

-PGT fill in forms only.

Suggestion: checklist to prompt: Have you fulfilled delivery? KPIs (as per funding agency), e.g. no. publications (and numbers, location, journal >> for audit) , final report >> delivery may go beyond delivery date

Financial status - 0, money leftover, assets (equipment)

Equipment returning to UoN process

Any other fulfillments required / extensions given or not

Ability to trigger prompts before project end date - to prompt PI whether delivery has been fulfilled

Finance - account closures / signoff's with PI / final report
