  1. Training sessions for the following month will be decided as part of the last Thursday session of every month. At the end of every Thursday session we review if next weeks sessions are running as planned.
  2. Training session plans should be submitted to the scion working space 12 hours prior to the session.
  3. When being late (longer than 5 minutes), message the group chat to see if its alright to walk in.
  4. If you are the session leader put a short summary of the session on the team reach. (few sentences).
  5. Assume laptops are not used in the session unless the leader says otherwise. (However you can ask permission for laptop use.)
  6. Try to keep food to the break time of the session, however if you are eating a bit longer than the break that is fine as long as its not disruptive.
  7. Phone use should be limited to quickly checking notifications if needed. When longer reply is needed ask for permission.
