This is typical meal in Slavonia, eastern part of Croatia. It was probably prepared by shepherds in the open in a cauldron. It is prepared from several types of meat that are simmered for a long time, and it certainly contains a piece of venison, which gives it the desired density and gelatin. Also a lot off red peppers that are hot and sweet added to the dish.
