         <title>Henry Fayo was born in France in 1841 and died in 1925. He was a classical management theorist, widely regarded as the father of modern operational-management theory. His ideas are a fundamental part of modern management concepts (&quot;Management Boundless,&quot; 2016, para. 3). Mr. Fayo was the Chief Executive Officer of a mining firm. He believed that managing people and organizing a company were factors for a successful company. </title>

         <title>Henry Fayo’s Principals of Administrative Management absorbed some criticisms. Some of the criticisms report that his theory is too formal, vague, inconsistent, and has a pro-management bias. Additionally, some of concepts are not defined accurately. Some managers believe that this theory was based on personal experiences with restricted observations. As well, employees are considered robots in the work environment. While Henry Fayo’s principals are thought to be practical, they are not meant to be utilized for every company. The CEO or manager of a company must know when to implement these standards.</title>

         <title>The important Factors of the Administrative Management Theory comprises Henri Fayol’s belief that planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, and controlling are functional factors for managing a company and/or organization. These components include controlling the organization with authority, discipline, and budgeting. Henri Fayol also acknowledged fourteen principals of management that included the following: division of work, authority and responsibility, discipline, unity of command, unity of direction, subordination of the individual interest to the common good, centralization, chain of command, wages, order, equity, and stability of personnel, initiative, and esprit de corps (Owens &amp; Kaplan, 2012). These principals were introduced to advance the performance of leaders and managers (Management Technique, 2013, video 1).</title>
