-I came with my laptop, per my officer's request.

-Excel and Word from Microsoft were used to create the label and cover page for the ring file. 

-Making a list of this year's planned activities is what the officer asked me to do and madam asked to continue the balance works on Monday.

- Madam informed me that next week Monday at 10am I have meeting with "Pengarah" of Sports & Recreation Center and another 5 intern students will join with me. 

-This week, five more UiTM intern students will embark on this adventure. 

-I was given instructions by the officer to gather the information of incoming interns so that a WhatsApp group could be formed.

-Together with the new intern students, I went into the "Pengarah" room at 10:01 a.m. for a brief orientation. The director gives a description of the internship, outlining the roles that we, as students, must perform and the center's policies.

-I learned from the officer how to properly laminate the office paperwork. It's crucial to laminate the forms to preserve their freshness and prevent the ink from fading or adhering to other papers or files.

- I have laminated 5 to 8 sheets of papers. The balance sheets will be continue tomorrow. 

-Arrange all of the event's paperwork in the ring file in accordance with the competition. After then, the files' documents are sorted by date, oldest to newest. This configuration was chosen since it is simple to use and efficient for the future.

- The officer gave me instructions to start a new Excel file and enter the firefly's date and time for use in the office.

-The officer requested that I update the SUKJAP account's "Akaun Tabung Sukan 2024" Excel, so I emailed the most recent version of the spreadsheet to the officer.

-Enter the employee compensation for this in the SKD on the day that the treasurer's department funds are claimed.

-Myself and a few other intern students went to the physio room after the feast to replenish all of the medication supplies.

-This time we cleaned 50m pool, so it took us some time to clean. Even though it was a sunny day but we all still enjoyed doing the cleaning.

-STEPS

1. A pool vacuum cleaner should be used to install a suction pipe.

2. The container should be filled with water.

3. The vacuum head and pipe should be inserted into the pool.

4. Make sure no dirt or fungus remains after carefully pushing and pulling the hoover.

5. Put everything back in the store after settling everything and reopening everything.

-After the cleaning and lunch, me and other intern students went back to the office.

-Today after 3 me and other intern students had meeting with the officer regarding MASUM FASA 2. Coming Monday myself, Amir and Danish are travelling to KL for the next complete week and the other 3 students are going to Kelantan.

-Once everything is in place, I get ready for the event, which starts when the VIPs show there.

-Everything went well from the beginning to the conclusion. My supervisor gave me the responsibility of looking after the master of ceremonies during the occasion.

-I assisted the crew in clearing the area after the event, and once everything was in order, I left for home.

-I deliver the gifts to the presenter later, after nine o'clock, so they can be given to the winners.

-I assisted with cleaning up after the event and making sure nothing remained in the hallway before we left to return home.

-Prior to the meeting commencing, Madam. Heznina requested that I set up and prepare the meals for the personnel. At 10 a.m., the meeting began, and it ended at 11:46 a.m.

-Next, I gave out the batik clothing to the employees based on their sizes so they could wear it on Wednesday of the next week. My desk is now clear after I settled it.

-Following my arrival at the hotel, I removed the items I had prepared and, with Madam Muslina's help, organized the rewards by category.

-I finished and organized the prizes and then headed upstairs to the hotel room to get everything ready for today's event.

-Around 7:40 p.m., I finished getting ready and walked downstairs to the ceremony hall to handle registration. In addition I ensure each athlete and coach a signed present, I also offer them a Milo can as a door prize.

-8.45 p.m. was when the event began. My next task of the day was to head straight to the reward section after settling the registration.

-In order for the presenters to give the winners their awards and certificates, I carried them up to the stage.

-To make sure nothing was left in the hotel hallway after the festivities ended, I emptied all the stuff and placed it in the boxes. With the assistance of the workers, I then kept all the boxes in the van.

-Once things were in order, I notified Madam Muslina and left for my house.

-In addition to asking me to set up the meeting space and offer beverages to the authorities, Madam. Heznina gave me instructions.

-After the staff made the payment and gave the receipts, Madam. Heznina requested me to attach the receipt to a blank sheet of A4 paper and double check that the total amount on the receipt and the document match up before turning it in to the treasurer's office to get paid.
