From sims to games like Grand theft auto there has been a lot of change. Not only has the graphics changed the whole aspect of virtual reality has changed. Its not longer button operated anymore, Latest technology allows its user to step inside the game itself. This is called 4DX. The equipment used is highly advanced and allows the user to see the computer generated world as if it was real life. This particular piece of equipment is like glasses, instead its a big box on your head. The idea of this is so that you can't see anything but the game itself. The motions used are quite advanced. The virtual reality kit uses a 360 camera aspect. Wherever you look the rift follows, so if you was to look around your room it would seem as if you was looking around as your character in a particular game. This kit also uses touch motion pads and an ear piece, this gives you the senses on touch and sound. Because this is so advanced a decent kit would cost you about $600 american dollars. They are still yet to release this to the public so you can only pre-order at the moment.
