         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Ornithophobia<br></strong>I have&nbsp; phobia to the birds.&nbsp; The People with ornithophobia are afraid of seeing or coming into contact with birds.<br><br></div><div><strong>Complications of bird phobia<br></strong><br></div><div>&nbsp;I feel I cant walk, cold sweat, shaking, increased heart rate, I know there is therapy, for this phobia, however is dificult for me because is necesary the contact with de birds.<br><br></div><div><strong>How you deal??<br></strong><br></div><div>I try to stay calm when I see a bird my friends help me by scaring them when they approach. I can’t go to the places with bird but is very difficult because they are free, I breathe and I close my eyes to pass near them.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>How to handle phobias<br><br>Phobias are a way of expressing that we are not capable of facing what causes us rejection. However, in the reaction of disgust there is a feeling of "I can and must face it", although in many cases the behavior is disproportionate and even in some points inhuman.</div><div><br></div><div>The best treatment for specific phobias is a form of psychotherapy called exposure therapy. Sometimes the doctor may also recommend other therapies or medications. Understanding what causes a phobia is actually less important than focusing on how to treat the avoidance behavior that developed over time.</div><div><br></div><div>The goal of treatment is to improve quality of life so that you no longer feel limited by your phobias. As you learn to better understand and control your reactions, thoughts, and feelings, you will find that anxiety and fear lessen and no longer control your life. Treatment usually focuses on one specific phobia at a time.</div><div><br></div><div>How to deal?<br><br>In my case, to deal with a phobia, whether it's spiders or heights, it's about running as fast as possible... that's not true!</div><div>Calm down, analyze and find the best way to handle the situation, see if there is a way not to deal with the matter and if not, then try to be calm without getting upset.</div><div>I think the point is to remain calm in the face of the situation.</div>]]></description>

This can significantly affect their health.</div><div><br>Aichmophobia is a fear of needles or sharp-pointed objects. Hemophobia is a fear of blood.<br><strong><br>How to deal with?<br>Relaxation techniques:</strong> These include breathing exercises that help a person relax during times of heightened stress or anxiety.<br><strong>Visualization techniques:</strong> These are exercises that allow a person to mentally visualize how they will successfully cope with a situation that could trigger anxiety.<br><strong>Self-help groups: </strong>Meeting other people with phobias and sharing coping strategies for dealing with phobias and anxiety can help.</div>]]></description>
