1. Należy wspierać dzieci w utrzymaniu regularnego trybu dnia, czyli wstawania o tej samej porze i nauki w godzinach odbywania zajęć w szkole. Ważna jest poranna higiena, śniadanie, krótkie przerwy w czasie nauki- najlepiej ruchowe.
2. W miarę możliwości zapewnić miejsce do nauki sprzyjające skupieniu się i efektywnej pracy.
3. Ograniczać czynniki zakłócające naukę.
Jak motywować i wspierać dzieci do systematycznego uczenia się poza szkołą:
1. Chwalić dzieci za wytrwałość i systematyczność.
2. Okazywać zainteresowanie.
3. Uświadamiać dzieciom wartość nauki, która wpływa na rozwój wiedzy i umiejętności.
Jak dbać o bezpieczeństwo w sieci:
1. Monitorować cel i czas korzystania przez dzieci z sieci internetowej.
2. Zachęcać do odpowiedzialnego, bezpiecznego i zgodnego z prawem korzystania z Internetu.

3. Rola snu- noc jest czasem, kiedy utrwalają się ślady pamięciowe, warto więc kłaść się spać w miarę o stałej porze i nie zarywać nocy!
4. Właściwe odżywianie się-  produkty zalecane dla dobrej kondycji naszego mózgu to: orzechy, kiełki pszenicy, banany, brzoskwinie, pomidory, pestki dyni, kakao, migdały.
5.Znaczenie wody- picie wody sprzyja podtrzymywaniu koncentracji uwagi! Zbyt mała ilość prowadzi do trudności w radzeniu sobie z bodźcami rozpraszającymi.
6. Ruch i dotlenienie- brak odpowiedniej ilości świeżego powietrza uniemożliwi podtrzymywanie właściwego poziomu czujności i uwagi podczas nauki.
7.
