Please make yourself at home and help yourself to anything in the kitchen. There're some meat in the fridge, and lots of fruit, vegetable, milk, juice and

ice-cream but they're only enough for two days.

You can use the kitchen, bathroom and my room like your home. But I don't want you to use my skincare and other my personal stuff like clothes.

Actually, I've two lovely cats. I want you take care of them like I do. Feed them in right time and give them baths everyday. Apart from that, there're some plants and flowers pots at my balcony. Please water them every morning.

If you want to go shopping, there's a market not very far from here. It'll take only ten minutes. Otherwise, you can ask for help Kate, my neighbour with your shopping. She's really nice and friendly. You can buy anything that you want at that market and I'll pay for it.

By the way, I warn you not to go out at night. Even evening, you're not safe when you're alone. But they're OK during the daytime. If you're going into Minnesota, another possibility for a visit is Gooseberry Falls State Park. Trust me! You'll love it!

Please feel free to help yourself while you are staying. There are vegetables, meat, drinks and fruits in the fridge. It should be enough for yourself during staying. If you need buy something, there is a big market infront of my home where you can find vegetables and other essentials. However, branded items,cosmetics, and clothes are not aviliable there.

Otherwise, if you want to go shopping, I recommend Mingalar Ocean. It is a large supermarket located on 73rd street between 101st and 110th streets. It isn't far from my home and you can easily follow road map to get there. It is a great place where you can find almost everything you need. You can also grab a meal there if you 'd like. Another option is trying street food. There is a good place on my list. The food is excellent and worth trying. It is a bit far from my home located at the corner of 40th stree and 73rd street.

By the way, please water plants infront of my home and clean during staying, but kindly avoid touching any of my personal belongings inside my room. And make sure to lock all windows and doors, especially before going to bed and going out to ensure safety.

Anyway, you are welcome to use my car or motorbike. I recommend using the motorbike. It is a fantastic way to explore the area and enjoy the scenery. Alternatively, you can hire a three -wheels- motorbike that you'll find them easier to explore everywhere if you wouldn't like to ride motorbike, is the best option to get where you want to go comfortably.

First, it is an overview of the things available in my home to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. There’s a guitar in my room. If you are bored, u can play it. I have bought some chicken wings and thighs for you. They’re in freezer. Of course, I didn’t forget to buy your favorite yogurt and fruits. You can have them as a dinner since you are on diet.

Moreover, if you wanna go shopping, there is a hyper supermarket near my apartment. Since it's New Year, there are lots of promotions going on. You can take bus to get there. It only takes 15 minutes. But you need to walk to bus-stop. Otherwise, there is convenience store at the top of our street if you wanna grab some snacks and drinks.

By the way, you can use the inverter if the electricity goes out and don’t forget to recharge it when it’s back in. One more thing is to take the rubbish out in Saturday’s morning.

There’re lot of public parks. You can take a stroll in the evening. If you want to cycle, you can hire bicycles in the park. However, it's best not to stay out too late. The most interesting thing is that there is a swimming pool on the rooftop. I have a membership card for the swimming pool. You can use it to go swimming there. The owner is my close friend, Jade. So don’t worry, he also knows you.

I also got a couple of barbecue packs in the freezer for the barbecue night. Have fun but don't have loud parties and disturb the neighbors. After that, you'll need to go shopping. There is a Makro Supermarket near my apartment, but you need to take a bus for about 15 minutes to get there. There will be a lot of promotions since it's near New Year. There are a lot of places to eat out and chill. Otherwise, there are convenience stores at the top of our street in case you want to grab something convenient.

By the way, if you wanna go out in the evening, don't walk around late at night- the streets are not safe at night at all, even though they're OK in the daytime. There is a gym at our apartment complex and I've left a spare set of keys and a member card inside the drawer. You can also chill and watch the sunset on the terrace. Also, you can use the inverter if the electricity goes out, but you must charge it back when the electricity comes back. I will also leave the Wi-Fi password in the notepad.

Oh, and remember, there’s a fire extinguisher in my apartment. Please don’t smoke in the apartment. You can smoke on the balcony.There’s a chair there, so you can relax and enjoy the view. There’s a little nail salon near my apartment. You can get your nails done there. The owner is so friendly and nice. I have a member card for this nail salon. If you’d like to get 10% off, just tell them my phone number. On the kitchen counter, there’s a motorcycle key. If you want to explore the town, you can use it. I’m not sure if there’s fuel in it, but I’m sure you can find gas somewhere. There are a lot of local coffee shops on my street. You can grab some pastries for breakfast and a sweet treat for dessert.

For food, you can buy it from the convenience store down the street. There are a bunch of coupons in the kitchen table drawer. You can use them to save some money. Oh, I almost forgot , I baked some cupcakes for you. You can take them out of the oven when you’re ready. I’ve left some vegetables and meat in the refrigerator, so you can cook whatever you like.

There’s also a night market on the riverside where you can get some street food. I love to go there and watch the sunset. There are a lot of caves in Hpa-an. You can visit them with my motorcycle. If you’re into hiking, there’s the Zwegabin mountain. A lot of people go hiking there. I think the best time to go is around 5 a.m.

I put some ingredients and instant noodles in the kitchen.There're a lots of fruit in the fridge.After that if you need to go shopping, there are a lots of shopping center and convince store are near our apartment.If you go out of the main entrance apartment and go ahead , you'll see a bakery shop. Their cake taste is really special and incredible.And then you should order yogurt from that bakery because it is also signature of their shop.And in our apartment eating pork is restricted because my mother is a kind of spirit worshipper and superstitious person.

By the way ,if you go out in the evening, don't wear any jewellery and don't go alone at night because the street around are not very safe at night.And make sure to close window and door before you go to sleep.

If you're going into downtown you can take pubic transportation easily but you need to be patient because there are a lots of traffic in downtown area.But I don't like to recommend to take Yangon public transportation bus. It's really crowded and dangerous.

I am on a journey to find the answers I have been looking for, so I won't be returning anytime soon.
I hope you have a nice stay in the flat. Here are a few things you need to follow:

Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. You will find lots of cup noodles and smoked beef, enough to last 1-2 months. Sausages are also there, but I suggest you check the expiration date first. Another option is to buy food from the diner next to the building.

For groceries, go in the same direction as the diner, but walk straight for 5 minutes and then turn left. You will find a couple of mini malls. If you're thirsty, head in the opposite direction of the diner for 5 minutes. There’s a liquor store. Otherwise, if you don't want to go out, I recommend using food delivery apps like Food Panda or Grab. I might have left a few cash bills inside the Converse shoebox on the shoe shelf in case you need them.

There’s a special place to visit in this township. There’s only one park, a supermall, and some small restaurants, but if you want to go downtown, take bus number 89 from the nearest bus stop or grab a taxi. If you enjoy walking in the evening or morning, there are plenty of lakes to walk around. There’s nothing special about this township, and that’s why it’s a perfect place to live with a low profile.

I wouldn’t recommend going out much during the 10th to the 20th of each month because there are lots of exciting things happening in Myanmar. Also, you should avoid going out in the evening or at night, and don’t forget to check the local news websites.

Please don’t touch anything with orange stickers on it—it wouldn’t be a wise thing to do. Don’t forget to charge the batteries and fill the water tanks because we have frequent electric outages.

These are the times when outages typically occur:

• 9 AM - 1 PM

• 1 PM - 5 PM

• Some days, 5 PM - 9 PM.

Welcome to my house!

I made this note for you in case you need it during your stay at my home. I hope this is useful for you.

There are one living room, a kitchen and a common bathroom at the first floor. On the upstairs, there are two master bedrooms, a single bedroom and a shrine room.

You can use the single bed room. I cleaned the room and prepared some stuffs like blanket, pillow, and towel for you. In the room, there is a table, a chair, a bed and a walldrobe. The stuffs are in the walldrobe, including shampoo, toothbrush, comb, and mirror. To shower, you can use the common bathroom at the basement. There is a washing machine in it.

In the kitchen, there is an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a cupboard and the dining table with chairs. I bought some snacks, drinks, meat and vegetables for you.

Snacks are in the cupboard and the rest are in the fridge. You can use the kitchen as you like.

In the living room, there is table, sofas, and a TV. You can watch if you're bored. There is wifi and the password is written on the bookshelf. If the electricity go out, you can use lamps, and solar. Please, switch on the button on the wall near the clock and it will be available to use the electricity.

If you want to buy something, you can go to the shop at the corner of the street. The dustbin is near the parking in the yard. The cleaners will come and collect the trash at 9a.m. every morning. You don't need to do it, but they will.

Please, don't forget to close the doors, to switch off the light buttons before you go to bed. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!!

First of all electric supply is schedule so make sure to cook your meal in time during the electric restoration time. There are some vegetables and pork in the fridge that might cover a couple of meal for all of you . In addition , I have also left three packs of ice cream in the freezer for the kids . Please , don’t forget to take care of the plants in my garden . They need watering at least once in two days.

If you want to do a grocery shopping , go straight to the right side of the road from the house, then you will see an intersection. After that turn right and go through the lane . After taking a few walks, you will see the neighbour hood market which is only available in the morning . Otherwise, you can go to the night market in the area which is alittle far from home so you might need to get there by car . There is a Shan noodle shop you will like in our street . It has got a lot of good reviews and I am also a fan of it .

The nearest shopping mall, Time city, only take 5 minutes by car, just in case you might want to go shopping with your family.By the way , I would like to remind you not to go out alone especially at nights if it is possible . The roads in here are not very safe these days . As I have already told you , you can use the car anytime you want. Anyway, if you want to go to the university the graduation is held in time, you have to leave from home by by 6 AM because it tokes about two hours to get there if there is traffic jam . I would like to congrat your daughter’s graduation and so sorry that I couldn’t be together with you all on your big day. Tell my niece that I am really proud of her. In my home, there's some meat,fish and prawn in refrigerator. Some eggs too. I bought lots of fruits and vegetables for your family. So that you can make burgers and salad. There's some sauce sticks. It's enough for three people. You can do everything you want except don't open my suitcase. Please feed my two cats. I left foods for them in the kitchen. You can feed them three times a day and take care of my plants.

After that, you'll need to go shopping. The best places are Bazar and One stop supermarket. These two places are nearest from my home. It only takes 7mins to go.

You can do walking in early morning and do exercises in Kandawgyi park. You can also visit to zoo in your holiday. By the way, you don't go out in the evening alone because of no safe.

Anyway, you can go to famous restaurants and tea shops. Shwe Bali Yogurt is famous in our area. The drinks are so delicious and quiet atmosphere. It's nice place to sit and take photos. Shwe Htoo restaurant is also great place to eat dinner and breakfast. So many kinds of food you can eat and drinks.
