You just need an oval ball, a big field, two posts, some cleats and your buddies.
The aim is to mark the most as possible tries and to convert them. If you manage to do that, you win. A match is 80 minutes but the game really last when the ball leave the boundaries of the lawn. The most incredible rugby team in France is the Stade Toulousain because they are 20 national titles and the most famous team in the world scale is the New Zeland team.

At fencing, there are three weapons : the foil for witch the key surface is the smallest, the sword wich have the biggest key surface, and the saber. The rules are differents according to the practised weapon. The suit is very thick to protect against the touches. the aim is to try to hit the opponent by parrying his attack attempts. This sport doesn't need strenght but we have to be active and think very quickly. The length of a match can vary depending on the level of the competition and someone can have won the match before the time is up. Fencing is maybe one of the oldest sports but today fencers need to be electrically connected to the refereeing system.

In dance, we move, we jump a lot and we must remember different steps like escapes or sequences. Moreover, dance allows you to build and develop your artistic side. But for practise dance you have to do very flexible to do the side split for example. The aim of this sport is to win, by having more points than your opponents. Basketball is a cooperation sport. For example, in NBA (National Basketball Association) a match is sets in four parts of twelve minutes, without including breaks. In order to score, you need to throw the ball in the opponent's basket. You can score up to three points on a single goal. One point if you score during a free throw (lancer franc), two if you score in a certain area, close to the basket, and finally, three if you score out of this area, which means that you are further from the basket and that you deserve more points.

To play at basketball, there is only five players per team on the court. We can change the players during the match, when the coach decides.

Every players can do five violation during a party, but when they have used their five violations, they can't end the match. The different violations, defensive or offensive, are often excessive contact with a player of the other team, when players pushes, blocks, or strikes other players. It's very important to respect this rules, because they protect players and avoid injuries. It's why there is a referee.

The aim of the basketball is score more than your opponent. There are three points possible : the free throw, the normal throw and the three points throw. When a player pushes an other player in the act of shooting, the victim player can shoot twice alone, and each throw count one point. It's the "free throw" The difference between free throws and normal throw is the points award. Indeed, when a player scores during a game action, 2 points are awarded, whereas a free throw counts one point. Field goals shot from inside the arc that designates the three-point line on the court are worth two points, whereas all those are score behind this line are worth three points.

In basketball, when a player has the ball, he must respect rules.
- He mustn't get out of the playground. If he touches the limits with his food or steps out of bounds, the referee will award possession to the opposing team.
- If the player moves with the ball, he must dribble. If he stops dribbling, they may not resume; instead, they must pass the ball or shoot. If this player stops then continues dribbling before passing or shooting, the referee will call a “double dribble,” and the opposing team gets the ball.
- When the team crosses the middle line, the ball can't go back to the other side, or else the opposing team gets the ball.
- The player must dribble with only one hand and, if he stops dribbling, he can move the first step he took. The foot that is stationary is called the pivot foot.
- The players hand must be on top of the ball while dribbling. If they touch the bottom of the ball while dribbling and continue to dribble this is called "carrying the ball" and the player will lose the ball to the other team.

The basketball is a team sport, so it's very important to have strategies and to play in the respect.

The goal of the sport in a gim is to be autonomous, you don't necessarily have a coatch. The goal is to make a schedule for example on Monday I do the legs, Tuesday I do the arms... In a gym we can do what we want it is up to us to choose. There is no competition except when it comes to bodybuilding where in this case there are competitions. Going to a gym is to see your pysique evolve over time but above all the fact of being autonomous helps you to progress in this sport. To go to a gym you need to be dressed in sportswear as well as clean and flexible shoes, also a bottle of water and a towel. You can go once a week as well as every day, but you must have at least one day off during the weekto let your body recover. Depending on how many days you go per week, you should vary the parts of your body that you work on to avoid that part of your body getting sore.
