Young children struggled with masks, unable to fully understand the importance of wearing one. Masks and social distancing changed the way students interacted with each other.

I researched the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the development of young children. In this exhibit, I included my research paper that explores the impact of the pandemic on the development of young children. Four powerful images are included in this exhibit because they show what the research in my paper explains, they show the different areas in which children were impacted by the pandemic. I also included three sources for further reading, one that gives resources to parents and caregivers and two that explain the cognitive impacts of the pandemic on children. I hope that the resources in information that I compiled into this exhibit shows adults that future generations are just as effected by the COVID-19 Pandemic, if not more impacted.
