POSITIVE PEOPLE and POSITIVE ENERGY. Why? Because I experienced in a group of toxic people, and it is so hard to be in that situation. They always dictate you to do something that you do not like. It frustrates me at that time, and I always question myself why? "Did I do something wrong to make them mad at me?". But, as I grow older, I realize that I should prioritize myself and my mental health first. So, I told myself that if I want peace, I should surround myself with a group of positive people.

As I became a Senior High school student, I should not forget to take a rest. That whenever I am doing a task or studying in advance for the lessons. I should not abuse my body to work hard because there is still plenty of time to do other tasks that are still not near the due date. To be productive this school year, I suggest that you should make friends with good people, positive people, and of course, good for your mental health. I chose this principle because if I focus on what I want and ignore other people's opinion I can have peace of mind. One of the most important lessons that I’ve learned in personal development is that every single thing in this world is a reflection of what you feel inside. As Senior high students, some of us are constantly trying to hide in the background, feeling judged, and are ridiculed in a place where they should be accepted. Some of us tend to change ourselves to feel loved and to be accepted, and for that, I want to remind everyone, including myself that be your full 100% authentic self and by doing so you will identify the people that you want in your life, the people that encourage you to be yourself, to love yourself and to grow. So, it means that a better you are better for everyone around you.

I chose this principle because I can relate to this. As a student for over 10 years, I can say that I still didn't do my best. I'm not satisfied with what I've done as a student because I feel like there's still more that I can give. As a senior high student, I want to give my best, I want to have something, an achievement that I can be really proud of, something that I will be remembered not just because I achieved something like this but because I made an impact. This may not be realized during my senior year but I want to make sure that my today will contribute to that fulfilling future. I want to live my life to the fullest doing things that I enjoy and doing it without regrets.

Life is unpredictable, we don't know what will happen later, tomorrow, and the day after. Aside from leaving a legacy, I want to cherish every moment as this moment may not come again. Celebrate every little thing that we achieve while also doing our very best. Together with my family and friends, express how much I love and treasure them. And if I were given only one day for all of this, I think one day is enough if that one day would never end.

I choose this because I have been feeling so drained or empty many months ago & by me choosing this principle would actually help me from being not drained or empty and I chose this because some of whom I called my friends did the most hurtful thing to me when I was this really kind friend to them. Choosing good people to sorround yourself is really the important thing for me now, because I had some people who were I thought was good for my mental health but they wasn't so from that on I choose to stop talking to them by ghosting/ignoring them and it may sound bad but it help me grow from what I really need to learn about more of myself. I chose this principle because, for me, it is important to surround ourselves with positivity. Why? Because our environment can influence our behavior on how we think, believe, and live. Toxic people lead to the diminishing of our self-esteem and self-worth, and even anxiety and depression. Others might be blind by friendships or love, but we should keep in mind to cut toxic people out of our lives because the more we hang out with them, the more we will break. We can apply this principle in our classrooms, avoid toxic classmates that treat you in a way that makes you appear less important than you are. Befriend your classmates that will bring you and everyone to positivity and success. In other words, surround yourselves with people who believe and respect you and those who can help you improve, and not those who drain your energy.
