My final week of the activity plan allowed me to assess my mental health. I did this by reading; I enjoy reading because it allows me to escape whatever is going on in my life; in my case, I was stressed about finishing my college work and working, and reading allows me to put myself in another's shoes; it is very relaxing to me. This, of course, assisted me in maintaining a positive attitude and remaining relaxed.

Stressors: I had a lot of free time this week because I finished all of the work I had due, so I made a priority for making time for myself to do the things I enjoy, such as spending time with my significant other and family, or simply watching television. This is yet another result of sticking to my health and wellness plan. I believe that your attitude toward everything affects your level of stress.
As a result, this well-being plan has taught me how to think positively and focus on the things I am looking forward to in order to get me through the more challenging parts of my week, as well as how to deal with stress in a positive way through reading. i rate my stress level a 4

I focused week 4 on my college work again and my mental health as I have been working my brain a lot the past few weeks with starting my new job. I decided this week I'd get every assignment finished to keep up with my due dates. My stress levels will decrease and I will be less anxious and full of stress once I am up to date with my work, which will help me work on my mental health, I hadn't been worrying about finishing my assignments as I have nearly finished most of them.

Stressors: I didn't really stress as much this week as i have in the past couple of weeks this will be due to the fact I have been driven to finish coursework in order to meet deadlines and get the grades I need and it benefits me in terms of having more time to myself, which I can spend doing things I enjoy and spending time with my significant other and my family and friends. i would give my stress level a 4

In week 3 I decided to focus on my diet. This was achieved by not skipping meals, eating well, and including fruits and vegetables in snacks as well as healthy meals in general. This will allow me to get the appropriate nutrients for exercise while also allowing me to concentrate when doing my best on my assignments and at work.

Stressors: My main source of stress this week was juggling work and college coursework, as I am working full-time while attempting to finish the last of my assignments. To help me manage my time and reduce stress, I spoke with my manager and requested fewer hours at work, possibly four days a week. This allowed me to concentrate on college and assess my progress with my unfinished/unstarted college work and maybe could make some improvements to my already existing work that isn't due yet. i would give my stress level a 9

This week I focused on my college work as I have quite a few assignments to complete. Trying to complete any unfinished college work months before ending college will give me motivation as I am really looking forward to the summer to spend time with my significant other as we have a lot of things planned, and I'm learning to drive when I leave college so completing as much college work I can in the months towards the end of college will give me more time to focus on learning to drive as soon I finish college. I am also working really hard to get distinctions in all my subjects

Stressors: My main source of stress this week was college work. I have 5 assignments to complete, which doesn't seem a lot but starting my new job and trying to balance out seeing family too is all just a bit stressful. I have messaged my tutors and asked for help which has made me feel more stable in doing my work. overall my stress level is a 9 just because of the college work I'm currently trying to complete.

This week, I focused on seeing my family and friends. This improved my mood and helped me develop to be more social and interactive with people. This week also allowed me to start improving my diet by eating healthier and starting eating correctly. This week I also took time to go on a walk with my significant other and my dog, this gave me the exercise I needed this week.

Stressors: this week my main stress was work, I have just started a new job over a month ago at a restaurant there are a lot of new things I need to get a hang of and remember like where tables are, etc. It'll take some time but I will sooner or later get a hang of it. overall I would rate my stress an 8/10.
