President Snow does not like Peeta and Katniss

President snow does not like Peeta and Katniss. He does not like them because they both did not want to kill eachother in the first hunger games, but there has to be a winner so they stopped them and they both won. President Snow does not like that that happened. Katniss and Peeta get a lot of tributes and president Snow does not like that. President Snow starts coughing up blood. But he still wants Katniss to die so she does not give the districts hop to start a rebellion.

I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars. I rate the book this because I loved reading it and I think it was very fun to read. I took the star away because the beginning was very slow. I don't like when the beginnings are slow. I like when the beginnings get to the main part of the book/the problem quickly.

Thank you for writing the Hunger Games Book. This book is really good. I have really enjoyed reading The Hunger Games. The book makes me want to read and it makes me want to not stop reading. The Hunger Games is a really creative book. I have read the first book and I just finished the second. My favorite was the first!

This is important because Katniss kept on having nightmares, and they were about Peeta. When she woke up this time she told Peeta that. That shows that even though they were trying to fake a relationship, they ended up actually liking each other in this book.

On page 391 of The Hunger Games Catching Fire Gale says to Katniss "There is no district twelve." This quote is very important to the story because Katniss's district is now gone. District 12 got bombed. After Katniss comes out of the quarter quell Gale tells Katniss this while she was in her hospital room. This leaves the book off at a cliff hanger.

The author believes that you can do anything. I think that the theme is that you can do anything, even if the odds are against you. I think this because no one thought that Katniss could come out alive from the first Hunger Games. I also think that in The Quarter Quell no one believed in Katniss but she got rescued and came out alive. I don't even think Katniss and Peeta believed in themselves. They did not want to go back into another Hunger Games, and when they went into the Quarter Quell they went against even harder people. They went against all of the other victors.
