Based on our services, the direct competitor might be the other companies who make Sinar Buminong Sdn, Synergy Cleaning &amp; Manpower Service Sdn. Bhd and Good Day Cleaning Services.<br><br><strong>II) INDIRECT COMPETITOR<br></strong><br>Indirect competitors are businesses that offer slightly different products and services, but target the same group of customer with the goal of satisfying the same need. These are sometimes also known as substitutes. Based on our service, the indirect competitor might be Chem-Dry Sabah, Rentokil Initial and Nlc Pest Control Sdn. Bhd. <br><br><strong>III) FUTURE COMPETITOR<br></strong><br>Future competitors are businesses that might offer products or services that is similar to the existing businesses and also target the same customer group that will exist later in the upcoming year. Based on our services, the future competitor might be the other companies such as Kingtech Systemation, Bubble Shines, and Fresh Linen Services.</div>]]></description>

Branded shoes manufacturer companies such as Bonia, Jimmy choo and Doss.<br>2. The Gucci brand has been the representation of undoubted quality in the leather field for almost 100 years. Gucci  established itself as luxury fashion. So, Gucci brand is compete with sherose brand from aspect quality of shoes.<br>3. Christian Louboutin shoes are known for their iconic red soles and ground-breakingly high heels. In fact, the red soles are so in demand that the company has an entire division dedicated to finding knockoffs.Therefore, Christian Louboutin will be the competitors for sherose brandfrom aspect the design.<br>4. At this point we're at the top for a unique shoes which there is no other flexible shoes in the market even though we struggling to compete with other branded shoes.<br>5. Will indirectly impact to our product because thr brands is still new in the market and has not been know yet. <br><br>ii) INDIRECT COMPETITOR<br>1. The product is not very similar but its still do compite for the comsumer. For example sherose and Levi's bcs their share same target marketing for the users work cause the higher price.<br>2. Adidas is the big indirect competitor that sheRose have to face because they offer the similar product which is shoes to the customers. <br>3. Another indirect competitor such as Bata it sells any shoes that might be fulfilling customer needs instead of buying sherose<br><br>iii) FUTURE COMPETITOR<br>1. Perhaps having a new brand coming with a new idea also new shoes design and might be more flexible than sherose brands. <br>2. Exist the super flexible shoes. For example, their shoes design are looking simple but it's more flexible and stylish design ever.<br>3. The entrance of new competitors are likely when there are high profit margins in the industry. There are also no major barriers to entry. Gaining a competitive advantage over existing firms is feasible. <br>4. Recently, the Paris Company, Tanya Heath Paris has begin to create the ideas for their latest shoes that are quite similar to the sheRose brands which is flexible shoes and through the Insider portal, Mime on Moi, one of the german company also expose  the new idea of ​​removing heel shoes and they call it Oreo Thins.<br>This is directly cause sheRose brands will have many future competitors because the designs are designed or styled much the same.</div>]]></description>

But compared to brand, their product has more benefits since their brand is quite popular and our product just enter the market. Also, in terms of price. The product we invented is difficult to compete with the competitor price especially when this product is new to the market. In fact, our product is difficult get trust from customers compared to the competitor’s since we use different materials but have similar function to the competitors. So, we need to gain more costumers’ trust.</div><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>(ii) INDIRECT COMPETITOR </strong></div><div>The indirect competitor of D' Box generally includes all business which serves quite the same function as this product automatic washing machines that perform all the function without assistance also,  laundry and dry cleaning businesses. Other indirect competitors may include colour safe laundry, home dry cleaning and the others. Household will mostly buy machine that has a lot of function than a single function.</div><div> </div><div><strong>(iii) FUTURE COMPETITOR</strong></div><div>Our future competitor is big electronic company. Such as, Panasonic, Samsung and Philips. They might copy our idea and make it more convenience. Having a new invention to the market will capture the attention of the competitors. They will always try to copy an invented product and add some more features to it so that it will not look like copying but in a version of better and more convenient product. So, we will have  to compete with them by selling the similar product to customers but with different brand.</div><div> </div>]]></description>

Indirect Competitors<br>The indirect competition is the conflict between vendors whose products or services are not the same but that could satisfy the same consumer need. So, based on our product&nbsp;tau fu fah the main competitor for our product is soya bean especially at market and restaurant.<br><br>3.future competitors<br>The future competitors will be original tau fu fah because people used to it. Sometimes people cannot adapt the new flavors and afraid to try new taste. Besides ten 10 years feom now there will be a lot of product that even using the waste material.</div>]]></description>

These names mentioned are the transportation that have long given their service here in UMS and what's more, our OWLCAR app is a bit similar to the Grabcar and Uber. It is going to be a challenging thing for our team to be in the market. But, what's different is that our app main user are for university students which they can also uses this app to be its driver. This app is also available for students to use it during midnight hours as it is a 24 hour easy access transportation.<br><br>2.Indirect Competitors<br>Rental car and motorcycle will be our indirect competition. They possess the bit similar services that customer can uses it to satisfy their needs to transport to other places. Services given by rental car is similar to our product. They can use the car all to themselves for the day and drive it everywhere but what makes it indirect competitor is that customers will have to pay a lot just to rent it for half a day or a day. If the student happen to wreck the car, then all the more they have to pay for the damage done. Students can't afford that everyday as they have a very tight budget and struggle to save money. As for motorcycle, it is not that many but there are some student offers a pay to ride and sent them to their destination. It is faster for student to reach their destination as motorcycle can slip through cars if it happens to jammed somewhere.&nbsp;<br><br>3.Future competitor<br>Grabcar, Uber, UMS bus, and bus TUT will remain to be our future competitors from our perspective as they have been that long in the industry. It is also because for now those are the most highlighted transportation to be choose by the students in order to go to a certain destination. There might be a competitor that will come and showed up a new invention that will be more convenient and are able satisfy the customer more.</div>]]></description>

Based on our company which is Venlicious, our main direct competitor is the vegetarian restaurant which is Flamingo café are located in Café Kolej Kediaman Excellenct.This is because there is only one vegetarian stall inside the UMS campus. Their food choices is very limited, and their time operation is only start at 11:00pm until 8:00pm. Because of that many vegetarians’ students in UMS have to buy from them quickly before their food finish and the café close.  <br><br>II.<strong> Indirect competitor<br></strong>Indirect competitors is competition among the suppliers of different types of products that satisfy the same needs. Based on our company which is Venlicious, our indirect competitor is the café and kiosk which are located in UMS campus. The Venlicious location are in the UMS campus which is in DKP lama and DKP baru. Some of their price is cheap and some also are expensive. There are students who can’t afford their meal because it’s too expensive. But there are variety of choices of food   that they can choose.<br><br>III.<strong>Future competitors</strong><br>Future competitor are business that might offer products or services that are similar to the existing businesses and also target the same customer groups that will exist later in the out coming year. Venlicious future competitors are Beyond Vege, City Vegetarian Restaurant and also other food restaurant which are located in Kota Kinabalu. This is because, all those company is are already establish and very popular.We have to be more creative in developing our menu and service to compete with them and also steal the customer heart. <br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

As our product with the unique design only enable it to hold snacks and drinks so we have to compete with the sellers that sell foods that satiate hunger compared to our food that are eaten for the sake of the taste and to enjoy the moment.<br><br>C) Future Competitors<br>Future competitors will definitely appear after our product is shown in the market. Our product can be classified as a new product in the market of Sabah so when people see the unique design of the product, they might have better innovation and creative ideas in the future that allows them to compete with us. For example, other people might be able to turn our product so that it becomes more convenient and comfortable for other people. It has the similar book rental online service with our company while it also provided digital textbooks.&nbsp; Second, library of each IPTA. Student might be not compulsory to buy textbook so students would choose to lend the textbook from library without any cost. Thirdly, Safari Books Online. They are selling digital copies of the books through subscription services which also included thousand of books from other publisher.<br>B) INDIRECT COMPETITORS<br>One of the indirect competitors is E-Book. As the technology nowadays is advanced, student do not need to hold an entity book but by referring to the e-book. Second, lecturer's notes. Most of the student prefers to read the notes given by their lecturer which is always straight to the point, simple and easy to memories rather than go through a book notes. Thirdly. senior. Some senior would sell their books in a lower price to the students. This is more worth it because student not only get the books but also own it.<br>C) FUTURE COMPETITORS<br>One of the future competitors is the publishers who mat directly rent e-book to the students. students can immediate get the lastest version of book online the price offered is more cheaper. Second,  photostat books. As the price of original books increase year by year, students prefer to buy photostat books to safe their budgets. Thirdly, digital textbook rental service. The digital world trend that shift the emphasis from hardcopies to digital bringing in more companies that coming up with digital textbook rental service.</div>]]></description>

Direct competitor of 4 SEASON CREPE is there have some existing crepe such as&nbsp; Durian Crepe that widely known in the market and also the taste and aroma can get the appetising appetite of customer. Even though it only has one flavour but it can get customer's attraction because of it tastes are delicious. Other than that, because of a few people do not like durian so we provide a delicious native flavor with different fruits for our products.<br><br><br>2) Indirect Competitor :<br><br>Indirect competitor happens when there are conflict between the supplier that have different types of products or services that would satisfy the same consumer need. Indirect competitor of 4 SEASON CREPE are ice cream, cup cake, and cake which is more interesting and beautiful with a variety of decoration and tastes that are also very tasty. In order to attract customers to our product we offer our product testers to customers to recognize the taster of our products.<br><br><br>3) Future competitor :<br><br>Our 4 SEASON CREPE need to survive in a constant ever-changing marketplace, so we must adapt to challenges faced by the food industry especially in the crepe making. Our direct competitor is travel agency. Most of the travel agencies may put UMS as one of the tourist’s attraction in their tentative when introduce to the foreign tourists. When travel agency existed, there will be less people to use our application when visit UMS as they already hired tour guide to bring them around the campus of UMS. The indirect competitor for our business plan is the attractions outside of campus UMS. Tourists may feel that visiting a university campus is boring and not attracting but choose to visit others tourists attraction in Sabah. Hence, tourists may not download the app and visit to UMS but prefer to visit a more attracting tourist attraction. The future competitor for our application is the guide book produce by UMS itself in the future. With the complete guide book that may provide by UMS in the future will become the competitor of our service in the future. People or tourists that prefer to use and buy a guide book may choose this alternative to visit the campus and there will be less users to use our application.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Although, the listed companies did not make their software system into an application form yet, but they are well known as establisher so universities might consider them as first priority. <br><br>(iii) Future Competitor<br>Alipay Wallet and WeChat Wallet. Our company's application has a function which involves and provides payment system using credit points. Once our application received large hits of numbers of consumers(students) we plan to extend a bigger range of payment system which involve external partnership from to outside the university.
