She says when she wakes up she can hear different sounds such as car engines and people talking. I live in a real quite suburb area kind of far away from downtown Fort Worth unlike Kyra wh goes right past down Ripon. One of my other pen pals Eric, says he lives in a community with mostly farmers which is also different from where I live. But Jeremi also eats food from restaurants like McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, and Subway. Where Eric lives, shoo fly pie and fried chicken is really popular. My pen pal Eric from Philadelphia, had a bunch to say about history. H said a man named James Logan arrived in Philadelphia in 1701. James Logan helped shaped Philadelphia into a place of culture and learning. Benjamin Franklin arrived in Philadelphia in 1723 and played a large part in the cities development. Kyra said John S. Horner founded and named the city she lives in. Jeremi’s whole country Canada had an impact from the Olympic Games. Jeremi says there are multiple museums where he lives. Kyra posted that in Ripon they have many historical sites with art in them and a bunch of buildings that have unique architecture. In ropin that even have a place called The Marcus Theater that is very simular to Bass Hall that we have in Fort Worth. I posted about the similarities between canada and the USA but also about how the USA and Canada depend on each other for resources and things like that. Jeremi talked about his opinion of the most used technology which he thinks is the phone. I’ve never been to any of the places my pen pals live and I’ve never really learned about other states so it was really interesting to hear what they had to say about their cities and what it’s like. My pen pals were a little more similar than I thought they would be.
