The government is impeding on our 4th amendment rights and its been like this ever since the September 11th attacks. Since organizations like the NSA think that tracking down everyone even though there isn't probable cause to do so will be able to stop attacks. While this may be true, it is not necessary and these organizations should be punished for engaging in this illegal activity.
