Phase 1: Create (15 minutes)

Each group works in their assigned breakout room and Padlet column.

Task:

1. List down 10 examples of gender nouns (Masculine, Feminine, Common, or Neuter).

2. Use each noun in a complete sentence.

3. Post each sentence as a separate note on your group’s Padlet column.

   • Example post:
     Noun: Queen
     Sentence: The queen ruled the kingdom wisely.

💡 Tip: Encourage them to include a mix of people, animals, and objects.

Phase 2: Swap & Solve (15 minutes)

After both groups finish:

1. The teacher will announce,
   🌀 “It’s time to swap!”

   • Group A reads Group B’s posts.

   • Group B reads Group A’s posts.

2. Each group comments under every noun posted by the other group with its equivalent gender form or the correct gender type.

💬 Example:

• Group A’s post: “The actor performed on stage.”

• Group B comments: “Actress – Feminine form”
  OR

• Group A’s post: “The baby is sleeping.”

• Group B comments: “Common gender”

Phase 3: Presentation (10 minutes)

• Back in the main room, each group presents 3 of their sentences and shares what they learned about their gender pairs.

• The teacher may highlight correct answers directly on Padlet for the class to see.
