I take a shower, then I have breakfast at 7 am. I ride my motorcycle to go from my home to work. I usually have lunch at 12:30 pm. I always try to eat sometime different, but all of them include rice. When I go back to home around 7 pm, I take a cup of coffee with cookies, I usually study or go to exercise and then. I go to sleep around 11 pm.
