Skype allows the ability for all members to communicate in an online group with voice or chat. Also with Skype you are able to record your meetings and be able to reference back to them at a later time when said information is needed again. Another online meeting site that I think is good for this smaller group is Facebook, because it allows the main user to be able to add sub administrators as well as control privacy constraints on other members of the group.
