You give Voxer permission to use what you share on the app to sustain and enhance the service. This includes things like copying, sharing, and using your content to improve the app. Voxer will follow its privacy rules when using your content.

Voxer collects user profile info and content. It also gathers device and user activity data.

Do not upload or distribute viruses or malicious software.

Do not send unsolicited messages or spam.

Do not collect data about other users without their consent.

Do not attempt unauthorized access to servers or networks.

Do not harass other users or interfere with their enjoyment.

Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.

Do not violate content restrictions or engage in illegal activities.

You agree not to use the Services to share any User Content that:

• Violates anyone else's rights, like copyrights, privacy, or trademarks.

• Is illegal, harassing, vulgar, defamatory, misleading, or offensive.

• Goes against any law, rule, or agreements with others.

You can't say or suggest that your User Content is endorsed by Voxer.

You promise to follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If Voxer or you get a DMCA notice about something you shared, you'll remove it promptly from the Service.
