         <description><![CDATA[<div>-school-wide goal setting for student success<br>-Whole school has set intervention time<br>- All hands on deck providing intervention support<br>-&nbsp; site theory of action centered on data, action items identify a SMART goal around purpose of intervention<br>- tri-weekly staff meeting time protected to review intervention data, move students into new flexible groups<br>- created an MOU to the contract to extend the school day for an hour- must sign to work on site- got paid for it, used local agencies and parent volunteers to have extension activities using site's stuff (garden, hockey court, etc.) while kids rotated around through the week and teachers provided intervention classes<br>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
