When I look at nature

everything stops

As I stare at the clouds,

tress, and sunsets

I feel a peace

I don't feel alone

Maybe it's the birds singing

in the distance or the colors

that get more vibrant

It brings comfort

And I feel calm

Nature is where I belong.

as I walk through this place, I can see the picturesque view of natural environment, the trees, flowers, bushes and waterfall sound. Moreover I can hear sounds of insects like grasshopper and birds chirping on the tree, the wind blowing through the trees, the hum of passing cars, the sound water etc. These different types of sounds enhance the curiosity and imagination skills.

Wilson (2007) shows that children learn and express themselves in a good way when they are in natural environments. Nature gives them freedom to create, imagine and paly with sounds. " Language is the music" I can see a strong connection just like music has rhythm and emotions, children play in nature has it own flow and expressions. the sounds of leaves, birds and water become part of children music shaping how they talk and making stories.

In my teaching practices, play simple songs, nursery rhymes during daily routine. provide instruments like shakers, drums, xylophones or bells. Allow children to experiment with sounds, rhythms and patterns.

ANALYTICAL RESPONSE - Language of Movement

Our bodies can express meaning just like words do. A waterfall is a strong example from nature to explain this idea. The water moves in different ways—sometimes fast and powerful, sometimes slow and gentle. The language is movement explain how child jump, spin or sway can communicate their joy and curiosity.

The LAKE COWAL BIRD DANCE is an example of how movement can become a meaningful language. the dance reminds us that language is not only words it is also movement. children watching or playing near waterfall may copy its movement with their bodies, dance like water.

In my teaching practices, I play or sing songs for them and encourage them to move they like to (jump, crawl and clap). Set up natural material like water play outside, add animals or put background music.

Drama can be seen as a way to tell a story without just using words. The example of birds and ducks fighting for bread shows the “language of drama” because their actions communicate a story, emotions, and intentions. Each flap, jump, or chase becomes part of the performance, showing competition, urgency, and excitement. The Importance of Pretend Play in Natural Settings It’s a language that uses body, gesture, sound, and timing to express ideas. This helps children understand emotions, cause and effect, and communication beyond words. It also encourages imaginative play, problem-solving, and empathy as they explore different roles in the story.

In my teaching practices, I will provide children loose parts like sticks, leaves, rocks, pinecones, and sand for children to use creatively. they can pretend stick as magic wand or leaves a food for animals.
