Students (or anyone) with this trait are more likely to see the relationship between practice and failure, even when the end result isn’t success. 
• Working from a grading scale that only supports success must be altered in your classroom to ensure students are fully aware that a certain amount of failure is encouraged. Giving students feedback on their work, then allowing revisions to be made is where they learn the most. They are being challenged to look past what they don’t yet understand. This takes patience and guidance from the teacher to create in the classroom.
