강성호교사의 '북침설교육' 국가보안법 사건을 말한다.

첫 번째는 가장 비교육적,비인간적인 사건이라고 생각합니다.
학생이 교사를 고발하고 교장이 교사로 고발에서 법정에 세워서 수업내용을 갖고 진위여부를 다투는 그런 사건이었어요.

두 번째는 분단교육의 희생물이 된 그런 사건이었어요.
북한바로알기 그다음에 통일교육 그리고 남북의 균형있는 시각을 갖게 하기위한 교육 이런 교육이 공안정국과 분단 구조속에서 의식화교육 으로 매도된 가장 대표적이고 전형적인 그런 사건 이었어요.

세 번째로는 체제유지를 위해서는 한 개인의 인격과 양심과 교권이 얼마든지 희생될 수 있다고 생각했던 마치 프랑스의 드레퓌스사건처럼 얼마든지 희생시킬 수 있다고 생각했던 그런 전형적인 사건이라고 생각을 합니다
