I'm finishing off my last couple of classes with a degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies, then off to continuing my education with a Master's Degree. Working in a leadership position at my workplace for 5 years, I became interested in developing my leadership skills through education.

Perseverance is what keeps me going through obstacles and challenges. The fact that I am persistent and driven in what I feel I am capable of achieving to better myself for what lies ahead. Also, having a good support system with my husband, friends, and family keeps me a sense of positivity in my daily life.

I would like to start a family with my husband. I believe that women are capable of having a career and work life balance. It's not easy, yet I am up for the challenge. As far as work life goes, I would like to continue to climb up the corporate ladder.
