<title>Brian - One of the big questions that we have as a dept. is regarding whether or not we should design our assessments so that they are more in line with IGCSEs and IB. Sometimes I feel that our assessments are lacking in terms of academic rigour; however, they do offer a range of different mediums to demonstrate learning. I have also always felt that our rubrics are excessively verbose and that the assessment and the assessment rubric are often relatively incongruous. </title>
