The language policy currently in place needs to be inclusive of these profiles too.<br></mark><br>We need to ensure practices are in place to provide inclusion.<br>Children that speak another language at home shouldn't feel left out. We need to integrate the home language within our current language policy. <br>Children that speak another language at home should feel encouraged and helped to develop their native language at school and at home. <br>This can be first established through a questionnaire that can be sent home to acquire the necessary information for next steps. <br>Aside from this parents of the child should always be included in the process. </div>]]></description>
