It list 12 different things that should be incorporated and explains each one. It talks about the idea of going to someone for help.<strong><br><br>Opinion- </strong>I thought it was interesting to look at the things that they thought should be taught in school. I was surprised to see it was already enforced in two states<br><br><strong>Credibility</strong>- The author is the mental health editor. It compares it in a school setting and in a family setting.<strong><br><br>Opinion- </strong>I think this source is very reliable. It has an actually study/experiment. The source shows a lot of statistics. I thought it was interesting to add in the family setting, because having a health family also plays a big role in mental health and development.<br><strong><br>Credibility</strong>- It is in the Uncc library. It goes into the idea of the mind and being able to focus and have a controlled physical and mental activity. It talks about recent meta-analysis based off mindfulness associated with anxiety, depression, and stress. Goes over the ages such as the age of 6 to 18.<strong><br><br>Opinion- </strong>I thought it was interesting to see the different ways to see and understand the ideas of mindfulness and the meta-analysis. It was interesting to see the different levels between elementary students and high school students. <strong><br><br>Credibility- </strong>This was from the Uncc library. It has a ton of references listed at the end of the article. It was written by people experienced in the field.</div>]]></description>

The idea of promoting positive emotions and optimal functioning. Where students can develop there identity and cope with their emotions. It talks about the idea of building a social foundation like trust, a sense of belonging. They did a study on the different roles in the school such as the students, teachers, staff, nurses, and parents.<strong><br><br>Opinion- </strong>I like the idea of how it goes into the idea of how it is very important to incorporate it during the stages of developing as a child and adolescent. It was really interesting to see the results/outcomes of the steering groups.<strong><br><br>Credibility- </strong>This was done by multiple people who have gotten their PhD's. It also has a page of references used. </div>]]></description>

The idea that to make it effective it needs to be a long term program. Also goes into the idea of feeling confident which makes it easier to complete work. I goes through the process of ways to make yourself more self-efficacy. There were two experiments done one where mental health wasn't fully required but it was strongly supported. Both of the experiments were done over a three year period. The other program was more direct towards the idea of self-efficacy.<strong><br><br>Opinion- </strong>I like how it talked about the idea that if you feel more confident or have better self-efficacy the better you will preform in doing work and other things. I like how it provided tips to become self-efficacy. I was interested in the idea that the projects were too complicated. I liked how they added charts to show the improvements.<strong><br><br>Credibility- </strong>This is in the Uncc Library. It is also peer reviewed .
