A policy that requires landlords to drop cost of apartments that sit on the market. With this make sure that landlords are taking adequate care of these apartments. Also initial rental costs should be reflective of income rates (changing policies around affordable housing). It is hard to imagine how to make this work while managing regulations.

    Also instead of supporting people in getting into rentals through supportive housing we should focus more on owning homes/apartments
