It covers balanced cabling, optical fibre cabling, and coaxial cabling. <br>- Information and Communications Technologies (ICT);</div><div> </div><div>- Broadcast and Communications Technologies (BCT). IET Wiring Regulations"<br><br>BS 7671 sets the standards for electrical installation in the UK and many other countries. The IET co-publishes BS 7671 with the British Standards Institution (BSI) and is the authority on electrical installation.<br><br>First published in 1882! Titled ‘Rules and Regulations for the prevention of Fire Risks Arising from Electric Lighting’, and known as the "Wiring Rules"<br><br>The current version is BS 7671:2018 (the 18th Edition) issued in 2018 and comes into effect from 1 January 2019.<br><br> It did not become a recognized <a href="https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Standard">British Standard</a> until the publication of the 16th edition in 1992</div>]]></description>
