         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Virgina Declaration of Rights was written by George Mason. The purpose of this document was to describe the rights that the people in Virginia should have. Five parts from this document that are part of the constitution is that all power is vested in, and consequently derived from, the people. The legislature and executive powers in state should be separated from the judicial. Freedom of the press cannot be restrained by the government. All men are entitled to the free excercise of religion. And no excessive bail or cruel and unusual punishments. The part if the constitution this document is part of is The Bill of Rights. </div>]]></description>
