         <description><![CDATA[<div>there are different types of fats.&nbsp;<br><br>Saturated fats - have no double bonds between molecules and are "saturated" with hydrogen molecules.&nbsp;<br>Monounsaturated fats - is a more healthy fat and have a one unsaturated carbon bond.&nbsp;<br>Polyunsaturated fats - similar to Monounsaturated fats&nbsp;it is a more healthy fat and has many double carbon bonds. <br>trans fats&nbsp;- is a unsaturated fat and its not great for the body. </div>]]></description>
