In an instructional context, coaching is a situation that allows teachers to share teaching experiences and pedagogical knowledge in the classroom.</div><div>Based on my observations of friends who carry out role playing training, I see that the GROW model has not been fully implemented. I understand that coaching is something new that we learn. When the coach and coachee interact, they do not determine the goals to be achieved, but the coach directly expresses the problem. So at that time the steps taken included reality, options, and will do.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Teachers who have carried out coaching are expected to be able to carry out coaching for their students. 
The challenge in carrying out coaching is mastery of the science of coaching itself. Because for me this is a new thing even though in reality in the field, this has been done after the implementation of class supervision. I am sure that when trust grows, teachers will openly dare to convey each of their ideas to share the benefits of spreading positive energy (MEP).<br>2. After that I build solidity, grow together, and benefit (STUM). This is my method of coaching. Make sure that every human being (teacher) has their own passion which will be the capital for their learning.<br>3. The psychological comfort of the teacher also needs to be considered so that everyone who is private is not just exposed.<br>4. Asking questions should be open, there is no hidden agenda or corner.<br>5. Give examples, directions, tasks that can help them move to GROW reflection towards the goals and desired changes.<br>6. Coach does not give instructions, diagnoses, suggestions, but asks questions that provoke him to open his thoughts, feelings, with full awareness and pleasure to share.</div>]]></description>

An honest two-way conversation allows me to pinpoint school community concerns, as well as express my own ideas for improving my professional relationship.
