         <description><![CDATA[<div>Good relationships with students and the use of humour. People are more likely to respond and follow instuctions if they respect/like you in the first place. Also, you must be clear about boundaries and be consistent - students need to know that poor behaviour has consequences - you need to make clear what you will and will not tolerate and follow through consistently. Never make a threat you do not follow up.<br>.</div>]]></description>
