We are always comparing ourselves to other people, we see beautiful photos and stories of someone and we just think " I want to have an amazing life like her, I want to have a great body like her..." and if we start doing this often, it can provoke social isolation, so we need to stop comparing ourselves because we are all beautiful and we can have an amazing life too.
