         <description><![CDATA[Our suggestion to reform Russian education includes some details from Finnish. Firstly, we have to support families with children with State allowance, big maternity leave, baby box which includes clothes, books and all necessary for babies. Secondly, teachers must be qualified. Salary of teachers in Finland not less than doctor's and lower's. To become a teacher in Finland you have to complete bachelor's and magistracy's degree. Thirdly, there must be very intensive start and free education. Children start learning in kindergarten and in the beginning of the first class they are already able to read, write and count. Free education is not only for kindergartens and schools but also for universities. Fourthly, system emphasize the most strengths of each person and helps to develop them. School program is varied and makes up personally. It includes entertainments and games which help children to socialize faster. ]]></description>
