         <description><![CDATA[<div>The significance of communicating with employees is often overlooked. Jocaby (2017) states, “Your staff needs to know they are valued, and communicating in person with them is the best way to show your appreciation for their hard work” (para. 3). Taking the initiative to care for employees in a timely manner and get the most intuitive feedback. I would like to welcome everyone to come to me and share their thoughts and feels. I also willing to care about staffs and care about everyone. It is necessary to hold meetings on a regular basis and let them talk about the suggestions or thougts about the working environment.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Basically, there are two types of rewards: ‘intrinsic rewards’ and ‘extrinsic rewards’. Intrinsic rewards “come from the internal satisfaction and enjoyment a person receives in the process of performing a particular action” (Daft, 2018, P. 229). For this type of reward, I will explain the whole working process instead of just telling someone to do his own part. That can make people feel involved and he can know what the whole project look like in order to having a sense of accomplishment after completing the task. Extrinsic rewards “are given by another person, typically a supervisor, and include promotions and pay increases” (Daft, 2018, P. 229). This is the most direct way of reward and helps to improve the work efficiency of employees. I might prefer this type of reward compare with intrinsic rewards because it is one of the most effective ways to motivate people.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To be a good leader, I have to consider about the risk before making decisions. Even though I know there might be some risk, there are still some things that I have to face in order to make the process of run the business. In the words of Daft (2018) “Without the confidence to move forward and believe things will be okay, even if an occasional decision is wrong, leaders could be paralyzed into inaction” (P. 38). I will be brave to make decisions by looking at the big picture. By challenging myself, I can not only assess my true limits more accurately, but also give myself the opportunity to increase my comfort. With more room for growth, I will be more confident in my ability.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

By encouraging others, I will learn to praise myself and show my good side to others in order to play a leading role. Conceit and self-confidence are different, I will grasp my behavior. And then always ask myself questions: What is your body language like? What happens while talking to someone else?
