Time Management is a greatest challenge for me

I have a child in Grade 8 who has learning disorder and not mindful of what he does. The parents are in denial and want him to develop social skills hence he's is main stream school. But he has no social skills nor interested in writing notes. Everyday the parent requests for notes and she thinks by completing notes, the child will be same as other children.
