If I could go back in time and give my younger self one piece of advice, it would be to always prioritize self-care and boundaries. As someone who cares deeply about others and remains positive, it's easy to put everyone else's needs first, but taking care of your own well-being is just as important. By setting healthy boundaries, you'll be able to give your best to others without feeling drained or overwhelmed. Staying strong isn't just about enduring tough times, it's also about knowing when to step back and recharge so you can continue to be the light for those around you.
