Yeonmi Park recounted her horrifying escape from North Korea at the age of 13, Ms. Park spoke about The Global Slavery Index and the prevalence of modern slavery.

This article prompted me to China Blue video and Its inhumane working conditions.Young girls fleeing from great poverty are exploited in China sweatshops. Globalization, unfair outsourcing, the lack of labour protection, low competitive wage and rapid reorders have dangerous alternatives; such as, starving to death, prostitution and human trafficking.

Chinese leaders contemplate retaliation and feel his trade war is an effort to contain Chinese rise; however, the trade imbalance can lead to a tit-for-tat that provokes harmful results.

This reminded me of "Dependency theory" the U.S. wants to preserve the dominance of a rich world by exploiting China through unequal import and export terms. The proliferating trading tariffs on Chinese imports are much higher and could risk inflation and jeopardizing their developing economy.

A consequence of this tariff conflict can jeopardize the operation of American companies operating in China. Implemented obstacles force a uneven playing field. U.S. tariff could possibly make companies squeeze it’s margins leading to less jobs to offset price hikes or have placed seeds to its on trade distruction.

The uncertainty of inflation and the lack of an accurate historical model, gives officials good reason to continue with suggested plan. This would preserve more room when reducing rates during downturns.

This cued me to "Keynesian and Hayek Economic Theories." Hayek theory to increase interest rates and Keynes theory to reduce interest rates during economic downturns. Both theories attempt to stabilize and strengthen a prosperous economy. Inner twined theories could be beneficial to the economy if used to address the issue at hand.

The punishment of money laundering, terrorist financing and the nuisance to regulators are driving payments underground; however the Financial Stability Board who coordinate financial rules has attempted to halt the decline in the banks withdrawing from this service.

This cued me to Remittance-migrant worker transfer and its significance to international capital flows, especially the financial consequence to developing countries or individuals in their home country who rely on remittances. For most individuals this is the key source of income to maintain their households. When sending Payments underground, will cause an impact on international trade and it's economic growth.

With weakening domestic demand, the high financing cost, and the drop of steel prices forecast the decline of profitability in the coming months according to some economist.

This alluded to "Blue China" video and the need for domestic demand in order for laborers to continue to be employed. Not only does this uncertainty jeopardize the workforce it also threatens their developing economy, forcing China to seek extreme and possibly dangerous ways to restore the decline in profit.

The wrath lead to Trump threatening to eliminate subsidies as a retaliation to the slashing 15,000 jobs. This quickly rattled investors to bid down on GM shares.

This touches on the 2008 bailout that gave GM billions in financing from (TARP) other subsidies like tax credits, including electric cars in order to save and continue to employ, boost U.S. employment and the manufacturing rebirth. The global restructure affected the bids investors to which provoked fury and the feeling of ungratefulness from President Trump.

For instance, if the trade balance is negative, meaning imports have exceeded export totals but you gain from the relationship is not ideal. Ideally, the Federal Reserve will need to rise interest rates to avoid inflation.

This article touches on the reading of Socialism Leads to Empty Shops and how revenues need to be higher than their cost for imports. The "Soft budget constraint" in this competitive market leads to economic inefficiency to which trickles down into inflation. Hard budget constraints like bringing down spending relative to production will project revenue.
