It is also kind of absurd that he is one of the most stubborn kids you could ever see in books, but he still does everything he can to follow rules, which goes back to the time during the Easter egg hunt were many people started to run before "Go" and David yelled at them to follow the rules. It really confuses you whether or not he is stubborn or not. The main character David seems most relatable to people with the "Lone Wolf" trait and can sometimes relate to people outside the book who think making friends is something complicated, but it is actually a perk in life.
